Sophia McCrae

Sophia McCrae, CPXP, serves as the Vice President of Standardization, Innovation, and Experience at Crothall Healthcare. Previously, Sophia held multiple roles at Compass Group, including National Director and Regional Manager for Patient Experience. Earlier in their career, Sophia worked at Crothall Healthcare as both System Patient Experience Manager and Patient Experience Manager. Sophia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Long Island University between 2007 and 2009.
