Chelsea Watabe

Chelsea Watabe, PMP, CSM, is an experienced project and program manager with a diverse background in health and community organizations. Currently serving as ACA Subcommittee Co-Chair at The Junior League of Austin since May 2017, Chelsea successfully handled logistics for large-scale events, overseeing transportation and security for thousands of participants while managing budgets. Previous roles include IS Project Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health, where Chelsea led IT implementation projects, and Program Manager VII at Texas Health and Human Services, responsible for managing the Texas Medicaid Health IT website. Chelsea's earlier experience includes positions at COGENT Infotech, The University of Texas Medical Branch, and Children's Health, where Chelsea contributed to significant projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare systems and community outreach. Chelsea holds a degree from Dallas Baptist University, earned in 2012.
