Andrew Tobing

Andrew Tobing has a diverse work experience in the technology and agriculture industry. Andrew began their career as a Business Development professional at CROWDE in August 2016. Andrew then progressed to become the Head of Operations in November 2017, where they focused on revolutionizing the agriculture industry in Indonesia through peer-to-peer lending, capacity building for farmers, and establishing efficient supply-chain processes using technology. After serving in this role until August 2020, Andrew took on the position of VP of Ops / PMO at CROWDE from September 2020 to October 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at CROWDE, starting from October 2021. Prior to their work at CROWDE, Andrew had a brief experience in Marketing at Guvera, where they were involved in M&A activities.

Andrew Tobing completed their Business Management degree at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya. Andrew then pursued a degree in Agriculture Policy at The University of Queensland from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended SMA Pangudi Luhur in 2010, although the specific degree or field of study is not mentioned. In terms of additional certifications, Andrew obtained "The Sychronized Work Revolution" from prasmul eli in September 2023, "Penerapan Program APU PPT Berbasis Risiko di Sektor Jasa Keuangan Tahun 2022" from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan in March 2022, and "Agriculture Policy - Promoting Competitiveness" from Australia Awards in October 2019.
