Noviani Surjawidjaja ( Hanny )

Hanny Surjawidjaja has extensive work experience in various senior managerial roles. Noviani currently serves as the VP of Compliance at CROWDE since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PT. Bank ICBC Indonesia from 2015 to 2021, where they held multiple positions, including Service Quality, Call Center & Complaint Handling Services Senior Manager and Payment Product & System Development Senior Manager. Hanny also worked at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. from 2006 to 2015, where they held roles such as E-Commerce & Partnership Senior Manager, Merchant Business Senior Manager, American Express Channel Program Senior Manager, and Marketing Acquisition Program Senior Manager. Noviani started their career at American Express in 2001, holding the position of Exhibition Acquisition until 2003, and later as Assistant Manager Group Sales & Premium Product from 2003 to 2006.

Noviani Surjawidjaja (Hanny) obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Trisakti University in 1999.

- In June 2022, Noviani received a certification in "Introduction to Fintech P2P Lending General Regulations in Indonesia" from the Asosiasi FinTech Pendanaan Bersama Indonesia (AFPI) institution.
