Begoña Martín-Borregón

Begoña Martín-Borregón has a diverse work experience in talent management and human resources. Begoña currently serves as the Head of Talent Management at CrowdFarming since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Morgan Philips Group as a Talent Consultant, where they were responsible for project design, management, and execution in various sectors. Begoña also worked at Repsol as a Specialist in the Culture Project Development Department. Begoña has experience in training, organizational development, and recruitment from their roles at DHL and atrain GmbH. Begoña started their career with an internship at the Gómez-Ulla General Hospital of Defence.

Begoña Martín-Borregón completed their undergraduate degree in psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2007 to 2012. Begoña then pursued a Master's program in Change Management & Human Resources from Universidad de Alcalá between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, they also studied psychology at Uppsala University in 2011 and 2012. Begoña also obtained a certification as an AC & DC Certified Assessor from Hudson.
