Managing Director at Crowdhelix

Magdalena Tyndyk has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Magdalena is currently serving as the Managing Director at Crowdhelix since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at UCC Academy as the PrimeUCC Manager from October 2019 to March 2021 and as a Senior Development Officer from January 2018 to September 2019. Magdalena also held the position of EU Grants Manager at the APC Microbiome Institute from April 2017 to January 2018. Magdalena Tyndyk served as the PRTLI5 Programme Manager at University College Cork from May 2014 to April 2016. Before that, they worked as a Research Co-ordinator at Cork Institute of Technology, Medical Engineering Design and Innovation Centre from February 2009 to February 2013. Magdalena also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher/Development Officer at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology from January 2007 to January 2009, and as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the National University of Ireland, Galway, National Centre for Biomedical Enginnering Science from December 2004 to December 2006. Magdalena Tyndyk began their career as an Assistant Lecturer at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from September 1998 to September 2000.

Magdalena Tyndyk holds a Ph.D. in Biomechanical Engineering from the University of Galway, which they obtained from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biomedical Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. In 2016-2017, they enrolled at Munster Technological University and achieved a Black Belt Lean Sigma qualification, which is a National Framework of Qualifications (NFQ) level 8 certification with 30 credits. Later, in 2018-2019, they pursued a Diploma in Project Management from the same institution and graduated with Distinction.
