Mike Tempest has a wealth of experience in customer service and management roles. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Transfers Officer at St Albans City & District Council, where they provided housing options and advice to applicants and managed cases for 500+ applicants. In 2015, they became a Customer Service Representative at Akelius Residential Property AB, managing tenant enquiries and creating and dispatching work orders. In 2016, they worked at three different companies: The Vaults Cider and Ale House as a Cask Beer Specialist and Barman; THE FLYING MONK BREWERY LTD as a Brewery Assistant and Drayman; and Left Field Brewery as a Tap Room & Events Manager and Tap Room, Bottle Shop & Events Team Member. In 2021, they took on the role of Account Manager at HiMama, and in 2022 they became a Customer Success Manager at CrowdRiff.
Mike Tempest obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA Hons in Business from the University of Plymouth. Mike also holds certifications from The Beer Academy as a Beer Steward, Prud'homme Beer Certification as a Level 2 - Beer Specialist, and Smart Serve Ontario as a Smart Serve Certification.
