Andreas Passmann

Andreas Passmann has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Andreas started their career in 2000 as a Paramedic and Team Lead at Deutsches Rotes Kreuz-German Red Cross. Andreas later worked as an International sales account manager for Netsize in 2009 and as an International sales executive for BEDOUK Meetings & Events Media in 2010. In 2011, they co-founded AGuP, Berlin, where they served as the Sales & marketing Director and Team Manager. Andreas joined TIBCO Software Inc. in 2014 as an International Business Development Lead for LogLogic, IT Security Solutions. From 2015 to 2018, they founded and worked as a Consultant at Passmann Consulting, specializing in International Management, Sales & Marketing, and Development in the education sector. Andreas then joined Bertin IT - CNIM Group as a Sales Director D-A-CH from 2019 to 2022 and also served as the Business Development Lead (Team Lead) during a portion of that time. In 2022, they became the Head of Sales at Sis ID, a fintech company specializing in fraud detection solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at CrowdSec, where they aim to provide crowd-sourced protection against malicious IPs and offer accurate Cyber Threat Intelligence.

Andreas Passmann has a strong educational background in international business and affairs. Andreas earned an MBA in International Affairs, Strategy, and Development Management from ISEE Business School in 2011, where they graduated as Valedictorian. Prior to their MBA, Andreas completed their 4th year of the Diplom in International Business as an ERASMUS student at Universidad CEU San Pablo in 2008. Andreas also spent three years at Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued their 3rd year of the Diplom in International Business from 2004 to 2007. Andreas' academic journey began in 2003 at Karl-Kübel-Schule, where they obtained their Abitur/BAC/A-Level degree. Apart from their formal education, Andreas has also obtained a certification as a Manager in Strategy and Development from RNCP, accredited by the French Ministry of Education in 2011.
