Ilya Gamer

Ilya Gamer has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Ilya joined CrowdStreet in 2019 as the Managing Director of Capital Markets, where they established the company's New York City & Tri-State Capital Markets office. In this role, they lead a team that provides investment firms, sponsors, and developers with access to a large network of accredited investors for project and fund capital formation through an innovative online platform. Prior to joining CrowdStreet, Ilya worked at Eastern Consolidated from 2015 to 2018, holding the positions of Director of Investment Sales and Associate Director. Ilya also had a role as a Canvasser and Retail Acquisitions specialist at Crown Acquisitions Inc. in 2014.

Ilya Gamer completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government, Sociology from Hunter College in 2010. Ilya then pursued a Master in Real Estate Development and Urbanism (MRED+U) degree with a focus on Real Estate Development from the University of Miami from 2011 to 2013. In 2016, they attended New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate for professional development courses in Private Equity and Institutional Real Estate Finance and Real Estate Financial Modeling. In 2020, they participated in the Harvard Business School Executive Education program, "Developing Yourself As a Leader—Virtual 2020." Additionally, Ilya Gamer holds certifications in Series 79 - Investment Banking from FINRA (expected in 2023), Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) from FINRA (expected in 2022), Private Equity and Institutional Real Estate Finance Professional Development Course - Gold Standard from New York University (obtained in 2016), Real Estate Financial Modeling Professional Development Course from New York University (obtained in 2016), and LEED Green Associate from the US Green Building Council - South Florida Chapter (obtained in 2011).
