Libby Meren

Libby Meren has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Libby currently works at CrowdStrike as the Director of Developer Relations since March 2022. Prior to that, Libby worked at NGINX, Inc. from 2019 to 2020, where they held roles in OSS evangelism and as a Principal Technical Program Manager. Libby also worked at F5 Networks as a Principal Technical Program Manager from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they worked at 98point6 Inc. as a Program Manager from 2016 to 2017. Libby has also held roles at Amazon as a Technical Program Manager from 2014 to 2016 and at Amazon Instant Video as a Technical Program Manager in 2013. Their earlier experience includes roles at Microsoft as a Release Program Manager and Senior Lead Program Manager from 2007 to 2013, and at CA Technologies as a Group Product Owner, Senior Development Manager, and Software Engineer from 2000 to 2007.

Libby Meren completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Commerce degree at Monash University, focusing on French, Visual Studies, and International Commerce. Libby Meren also holds certifications such as being a program committee member for the Open Source Summit Europe in 2022 and the Observability Day 2023 Program Committee Member Badge from The Linux Foundation. Libby is also certified in Prince II.
