Carrie Deboy

Carrie DeBoy has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Global Experienced Recruiting Leader at Crowe since December 2015. In this role, Carrie oversees talent acquisition sourcing, contingent workforce hiring, and the India talent acquisition team. Previously, Carrie held leadership positions within Crowe's Enterprise and Technology sectors as a Global Business Unit Experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader and Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to joining Crowe, Carrie worked at Brooksource as a Talent Acquisition Manager and at InterCall as an Inside Sales Associate. Carrie began the professional journey with a sourcing internship at DAVID O INTERNATIONAL after earning a degree in Apparel Merchandising and Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
