Gayle Woodbury

Gayle Woodbury has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of governance, risk management, compliance, and auditing. Gayle has held various leadership roles in prominent companies such as Crowe, US Bank, Ceridian, MCI, Kimberly-Clark, and Arthur Andersen. Gayle's most recent role was as a Principal (Partner) at Crowe, where they have been since April 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Managing Director at Crowe LLP from September 2016 to April 2020. Gayle's experience at US Bank involved managing enterprise-wide governance, risk, and compliance strategies, including third-party/vendor/supplier risk management and business change risk assessment. Gayle was responsible for establishing frameworks, leading high-performing teams, managing complex projects, and maintaining governance, risk, and compliance tools and technologies. Gayle also has experience in technology audit management, information systems auditing, and technology risk consulting.

Gayle Woodbury attended Illinois Wesleyan University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
