Mark W. Coplen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mark W. began their career as an Operations Consultant at Dell in 2000 and later worked at ClearCube Technology, where they held roles such as Director of Operations, Channel Development Manager, and Commercial Account Executive. In 2010, Coplen joined AMX by HARMAN as the Director of U.S. Army Programs, achieving significant sales success and doubling revenue from the Army vertical in 2012. Mark W. then worked at Totus Solutions, INC. as the Vice President of Sales, where they built strong pipelines and completed sales in various sectors. From 2013 to 2017, Coplen served as the Vice President of Sales and Operations at Adbm Technologies, LLC, a start-up in the Offshore Construction space. Mark W. played a key role in the development and implementation of a revolutionary method for attenuating aquatic noise. Before that, Coplen served in the US Army Reserve for over 20 years, holding various positions, including Colonel and Lieutenant Colonel. Mark W. served in locations such as Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Korea, and was involved in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Coplen then became the President of Ventolines, U.S., where they provided services in the development, contracting, financing, and construction of offshore wind projects. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Offshore Wind Project Management at Crowley Wind Services.

Mark W. Coplen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Personnel Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point between 1984 and 1988. Mark W. then pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Finance/Operations from the Texas McCombs School of Business from 1998 to 2000.
