Shodigul Alimshoeva

Shodigul Alimshoeva has extensive work experience in project and program management roles. Shodigul is currently working at Crown Agents as Head of Business Improvement, PMO, where they started in July 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal Programme Manager at Crown Agents from April 2019 to July 2021. Shodigul also served as a Senior Programme Manager - Health at Crown Agents from June 2017 to July 2021.

Before joining Crown Agents, Shodigul worked at Save the Children UK as a Corporate Programme Manager from May 2013 to June 2017. Shodigul also gained experience as a Contract Management Officer at Care International UK from June 2012 to May 2013.

At Aga Khan Foundation UK, Shodigul worked as a Programme Officer from March 2009 to July 2012. Their responsibilities included managing a grant portfolio, coordinating with field offices, producing project proposals and budgets, monitoring compliance, and conducting evaluations. Shodigul also provided training on donor rules and regulations.

Shodigul's earlier experience includes working as an Executive Assistant/Project Assistant at Pamir Energy Company from September 2004 to September 2007.

Shodigul Alimshoeva attended the University of Bradford from 2007 to 2008, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in International Business and Management.
