Paul Wafer

Paul Wafer has held various roles in different organizations. Paul worked at Crown Agents from 2017, starting as the Director of Development Impact from January 2017 to December 2017. Paul then served as the Director of Health from January 2018 to October 2018. From October 2018 onwards, they became the Chief Strategy Officer at Crown Agents. In 2018, they also worked as a Trustee at Restless Development starting in August. Additionally, they worked as the Director at the Centre for Development Results - CDR from June 2018 to October 2018. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at the Department for International Development as the Chief of Staff - Africa. Paul was also the Head of Sierra Leone and Liberia at DFID in 2014. Prior to that, they held positions at the Department for International Development, including Lead Policy Adviser and Team Leader, from 2011 to 2013.

Paul Wafer attended the University of Leeds from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Politics. Later on, from 1993 to 1994, they pursued further studies at the SOAS University of London, where they completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Development Studies.
