Kevin Riley

Kevin Riley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kevin currently holds the position of Director of Business Development at Crown Bioscience since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Sales & Customer Experience at Buffalo Computer Graphics (BCG) from 2021 to 2022. In their role at BCG, they developed and maintained client relationships while managing all aspects of the sales process.

Before their time at BCG, Kevin worked at Taconic Biosciences for a significant period. Kevin initially served as an Account Manager from 2015 to 2021, where they acted as the primary point of contact for specified customers, managing client relations, and providing technical information. Kevin then transitioned to the role of Project Manager from 2006 to 2015, where they ensured timely and effective delivery of solutions by liaising between customers and internal teams. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Leader from 2003 to 2006 and as a Surgical Technician from 2001 to 2003 at Taconic Biosciences.

Kevin's earlier work experience includes a role as a Field Technician at an Independent Cable Contractor in 2000. In this role, they performed manual labor and was responsible for setting up cable communications in multiple dwelling units, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining site security.

Kevin Riley completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies at the New York Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2006. In 2009, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the American Society for Quality. From 2010 to 2011, Kevin Riley pursued a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification at Villanova University, successfully earning certification number 1440009.
