Sol Anitua

Sol joined The Crown Estate as Executive Director for Strategy, Research & Innovation in January 2022.

Most recently, Sol was a member of the Advisory Board and Chief of Staff at Plastic Energy, a disruptive cleantech specialising in recycling previously unrecyclable plastic waste to support a circular economy for plastics.

Prior to this, she was Head of Strategy for Santander UK, and has held senior roles at Vitol and Merrill Lynch, having started her career at McKinsey & Co.
