Michael St. Vincent has over 30 years of experience in information security and technology governance. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Crown Resorts, where they oversee cyber and technology risk, compliance, and governance. Prior to this, they held the same position at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where they governed and guided data security across the enterprise. As the Director of Information Security & Compliance at Comdata, they led the information security and IT compliance program. Michael also served as the Sr. Manager - Information Security Leader at Deloitte, where they were responsible for the organization's global practice protection. Additionally, they worked at Benton International Inc. as a Sr. Consultant / IT Leader, Pilot Network Services as a Network Engineer, and TRW Space & Defense as a Systems Network Engineer. Throughout their career, Michael has liaised with various agencies on cyber matters and partnered with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data security and compliance.

Michael St. Vincent earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business, MIS from California State University-Long Beach - College of Business from 1992 to 1994. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration from the same institution, from 1989 to 1991. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in the field of information security and risk management, including Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from ISACA in 2011, LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt from Deloitte in 2008, Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) from ISACA in 2007, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in 2004, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 1998.
