Robert Edward Grant has a diverse and extensive work experience. Robert Edward is currently the Founder and CEO of CEYEBER since April 2021. Prior to that, they were the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Crown Sterling Limited LLC starting from August 2018. Additionally, they served as the Founder and Board Member of AEON Biopharma, Inc. from April 2013.

In 2012, Robert co-founded Alphaeon Credit and served as a Board Member. Robert Edward also founded Strathspey Crown Holdings LLC in January 2012, where they acted as the Chairman and Managing Partner.

Before these ventures, Robert held leadership positions in various companies. From July 2010 to January 2012, they were the CEO and President of Bausch and Lomb Surgical. Robert Edward also served as the President of Allergan Medical from May 2006 to July 2010. Prior to that, as the Chairman, CEO, and President of Biolase Technology from June 2003 to May 2006.

In 1997, Robert joined Lumenis as the Executive Vice President and Global President. During their tenure, they initiated a distribution partnership with Boston Scientific in 2001, leading to the eventual purchase of the Lumenis Surgical Business Unit for $1.1B in 2003. Before Lumenis, they held the position of General Manager, Australasia at Sulzer from November 1995 to April 1997.

Robert Edward Grant pursued their education in a progressive manner. From 1988 to 1994, they attended Brigham Young University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Korean and International Relations. Subsequently, in 1997 and 1998, they enrolled at the Thunderbird School of Global Management, completing their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on International Finance. Finally, from 2009 to 2017, Grant attended the prestigious Harvard Business School, participating in the YPO/OMP program known as the Presidents' Program in Leadership.
