Nikki Stuart's work experience begins in 2005 at American General Financial Services, Inc. where they worked as a Financial Representative until 2006. Nikki then joined Corporation Service Company as a Customer Service Specialist from 2006 until 2010. In 2010, Nikki started working at CRS Facility Services as an Account Executive and later became an Asst. Vice President of Client Development & Administration in 2012. Nikki was promoted to Vice President of Client Development & Administration in April 2019. Additionally, they are also a Sponsorship Committee Member at CREW DC starting from January 2019.

Nikki Stuart obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Goldey-Beacom College, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Nikki further pursued their education at the same institution and acquired an MBA in Business Administration from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their academic achievements, Nikki also holds various certifications. Nikki obtained the GS-42 Certified designation from the Building Wellness Institute in October 2011. Furthermore, they completed the GBAC Fundamentals Training Course with an emphasis on SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council in June 2020.
