Salomeh Dastyari Diaz, RSME/RSMT has a long and varied work experience. Salomeh began their career in 1998 as the Founder/Professional Facilitator/Executive Coach/Keynote Speaker in Leadership Development at Sacred Minds Consulting, where they also served as a Somatic Movement Educator and Practitioner/Intuitive Healing Practitioner. In 2010, they began working at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) as an Associate and Senior Associate/Executive Coach. Salomeh also worked as a Master Facilitator, Executive Coach and Key Note Speaker in Leadership Development + Culture Change at Crucial Learning. In 2009, they joined The Pachamama Alliance as a Senior Facilitator/Training Leader/LA Community Leadership Council. In 2014, they became a Board Director at CITYstage. Additionally, they have served as a Board Director at Be the Change Australia since 2009 and as an Expert Advisor: Financial Sustainability & Organisational Learning Development at World Transforming Initiatives (WTI) since 2010. Since 2009, they have been a Senior Associate/Facilitator/Executive Coach at BSI People Group and Corporate Edge - Culture, Alignment and Executive Coaching. Finally, since 2008, they have been a Principle Consultant/Facilitator/Executive Coach at Mettle Consulting - Leadership Development and Culture Change.

Salomeh Dastyari Diaz, RSME/RSMT has an extensive education history. Salomeh obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Western Sydney in 1994, followed by a Bachelor of Commerce from Western Sydney University. In 2021, they obtained a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications in various fields, including Master Trainer/Senior Facilitator for The Power of Habbit, Certified Somatic Movement Educator/Therapist, Certified Hakomi Graduate Level 2, Continuum Somatic Movement Teacher, Certified HeartMath Practitioner, Certified Executive Coach, Certified Practitioner TLC 360 Degree Leadership Assessment Tool, Certified Practitioner LSI/GSI 360 Degree Leadership Assessment Tool, Certified Coach, and GigTalent Certified Consultant.
