Rachael Hood

Rachael Hood is an experienced executive talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruiting and consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at Cruise, Rachael previously held positions as the Executive Recruiting Practice Lead & Senior Manager for the Consumer Portfolio at Google, and as a Senior Executive Recruiter for the Global Energy and Industrials Practice at Spencer Stuart. Rachael's career also includes experience as a Consultant in Executive Search and Head of Research/Sourcing at Maxwell Drummond International, as well as being a small business owner. Rachael Hood holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of New Mexico.
