Lieselot Cauwelier

Lieselot Cauwelier is a Senior Data Science Engineer at Lighthouse since February 2024, where the focus is on transforming travel and hospitality insights into actionable market intelligence. Lieselot also serves as the owner of Guapa Juwelen, which specializes in handcrafted jewelry, since July 2020. Previously, Lieselot worked at Crunch Analytics from September 2019 to February 2024, holding roles as both Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist, contributing to various projects aimed at bridging business goals with analytical capabilities across different industries in Europe. Lieselot's career began with an internship as a Data Scientist at Mediahuis nv in 2019, followed by a supply chain internship at UNILIN and a summer role as a Student Research Consultant at Schelstraete Delacourt Associates. Lieselot earned a Master's degree in Marketing Analysis and Data Analytics from Ghent University and a Master's in Business Engineering Operations Management, also from Ghent University, along with a degree from Politecnico di Milano in Business Engineering, Economics.
