Justin Appler

Justin Appler has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Justin began their career at CreateSpace as a Quality Assurance Engineer in 2006. In 2009, they co-founded Rec.fm, where they served as the Interim CTO. Justin then moved on to Experts Exchange as a Java Developer from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Justin joined Salesforce as a Software Engineer and progressed to the role of Senior Software Engineer and Lead Software Engineer from 2013 to 2015. Since 2016, Justin has been associated with Crunchbase, starting as a Front End Engineer and advancing to the positions of Lead, Front End, Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, Applications, and currently as the Sr. Director of Engineering, Applications. Overall, they have demonstrated consistent growth and expertise in engineering and leadership roles throughout their career.

Justin Appler attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a minor in Psychology.
