Maggi Baldieri

Maggi Baldieri has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Maggi is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Crunchyroll since January 2022. Prior to this, Maggi held the role of Human Resources Manager at Beyond Limits from March 2021 to January 2022. In this position, they played a key role in guiding strategic client groups and senior leaders to develop programs and initiatives that support the organization's goals and drive employee engagement. Maggi also provided daily employee relations and performance management guidance to key client groups, managers, and senior leaders.

Before their role at Beyond Limits, Maggi worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at the same company from September 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they provided guidance and coaching to managers on performance management and mediated employee relations issues. Maggi was also responsible for policy creation and interpretation, managing employee onboarding HR processes, and facilitating new hire orientation.

Prior to their tenure at Beyond Limits, Maggi served as a Talent Management Specialist at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory from February 2014 to September 2018. Maggi started their career as an Administrator, Planning at the City of Santa Clarita from November 2005 to February 2014. Maggi also gained valuable experience as an Office Manager at AVDAA, Inc. from June 1997 to October 2005.

Throughout their career, Maggi has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and policy creation. Maggi has a proven track record of collaborating with senior leaders and supporting the overall goals of organizations.

From 2013 to 2017, Maggi Baldieri attended the University of La Verne, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management.
