Marina Andriuca

Marina Andriuca has a diverse work experience in human resources and customer service roles. Marina began their career at Moldcell in 2008, where they held various positions such as Corporate Business Solution Representative, Customer Solution Team Member, and Head of Mass Contact Unit. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Recruitment and Management Personnel Specialist and later became a Human Resources Business Partner. In 2015, Marina joined Radisson Blu LEOGRAND Hotel Chisinau as a Human Resources Manager, a position they held until 2021. Currently, Marina is working at Crunchyroll, where they started as a Human Resources Business Partner and has now transitioned to the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

Marina Andriuca obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political, International and Administrative Sciences, Diplomacy, Negotiation, and Law from the State University of Moldova, Faculty of International Relations, Administrative and Political Sciences. Marina attended the university from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, in March 2023, Marina obtained a certification in Employee Engagement from LinkedIn.
