Erin Carter

Erin Carter has a diverse range of work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Erin is currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Crux since February 2023. Prior to this, Erin was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Bamboo Health from May 2021 to July 2022, where they were responsible for implementing recruitment strategies for a data and analytics organization. Before Bamboo Health, Erin worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Appriss from August 2019 to May 2021, where they provided data and analytics solutions and led recruitment efforts. Erin also held various roles at Appriss, including Manager of Talent Acquisition, HR Talent Partner, and Human Resources Business Partner. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/HR Generalist at The Learning House from June 2012 to December 2015 and as a Senior Recruiter at Kwantek from January 2011 to June 2012.

Erin Carter holds a BA degree in Marketing from Mississippi State University.
