Tina Figueroa

Tina Figueroa has extensive work experience in executive roles related to people management and administration. Tina is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Crux, a cloud-based data integration and operations platform. Prior to this, they served as the EVP & Chief People Officer at Deep Labs, a company specializing in AI/ML and data science. Tina also held executive positions at Appriss, Kyriba, AdColony, Cornerstone OnDemand, and Virgin Mobile USA, where they played a key role in driving people strategy, building talent systems, and transforming company culture.

Tina Figueroa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California. Tina also has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. Additionally, they obtained a GPHR Certificate in Human Resources from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Tina has several certifications, including Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2020, Korn Ferry 360 Certification from Korn Ferry in 2019, and Social Styles certification from TRACOM Group in 2016.
