Keith Boothroyd

Keith Boothroyd has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Keith is currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Cryoport since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Edwards Lifesciences for 20 years, holding various finance executive roles such as Finance Executive, Sr. Director of Finance & Business Unit Controller, Sr. Director of Finance Transformation Initiative, Sr. Finance Manager, and Finance Manager. Before joining Edwards Lifesciences, Keith worked at Westec Security as a Finance Manager and Sr. Financial Analyst. Keith began their career at Boeing as a Sr. Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst.

Keith Boothroyd has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Irvine. Keith also holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business. In addition, they have obtained the certifications of Corporate Financial Statement Analysis and Problem-Solving Techniques from LinkedIn. Keith is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) but the years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
