Randy Mosiondz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Randy has worked at various companies and held multiple roles within each company.

Randy started their career at Hamilton Myriadgate as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for web-based application development, project management, systems analysis, scripting, and database implementation. Randy worked at Hamilton Myriadgate from May 1997 to December 2004.

After that, Randy joined Pinnacle Entertainment Group as a Freelance Writer/Editor. Randy contributed to various projects in the Savage Worlds game system, including editing on 50 Fathoms and Rippers: the Horror War, authoring on Savage Tales: Noble Deceit, and additional materials on The Savage World of Solomon Kane and Flash Gordon. Randy's role at Pinnacle Entertainment Group lasted for an unspecified duration.

Currently, Randy is employed at Cryptic Studios. Randy joined the company as a Mission Writer in January 2005, where they contributed to the development of game missions. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held roles such as Lead Designer, Lead Content Designer, and Principal Lead Game Designer. In their current role as Game Creative Director, Randy is responsible for coordinating the design team's efforts in creating game content, powers, rewards, and gameplay. Randy also acts as a liaison with Gearbox Publishing San Francisco and Wizards of the Coast, the holders of the Dungeons & Dragons IP.

Randy Mosiondz pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of Regina - Luther College. Randy attended the institution from 1990 to 1996.
