Anthony Elder

Anthony Elder has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Anthony worked as a Senior Software Engineer at IBM from 1999 to 2017. During this time, they gained expertise in software development.

In 2017, Anthony joined MyDrive Solutions Limited as a Software Engineer. Anthony was responsible for developing the backend of their automobile driver profiling system, using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Python, and AWS.

In 2019, Anthony transitioned to Crypto Quantique, a quantum-driven cybersecurity company. Anthony initially served as a Technical Lead, where they played a vital role in redefining security for the Internet of Things (IoT) by bridging the gap between silicon, device, and cloud platforms. Later on, they assumed the position of VP Cloud Platform, focusing on the development and management of the company's cloud infrastructure.

Anthony is also a member of The Apache Software Foundation. Anthony has contributed to several project management committees and played a key role in the development of the OASIS specification for Apache.

Anthony Elder earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Auckland in 1999. After that, they pursued further education at the University of Oxford, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering in 2005.
