Jim Tefft

Jim Tefft began their work experience in 1982 as the VP of Operations at Crystal Flash Energy. Jim held this position until 2011. In 2011, they joined Heritage Crystal Clean as a Regional Oil/Vac Manager until 2016. Since 2016, Jim has been employed at Crystal Flash, Inc. In this company, they initially served as the Business Development Manager, responsible for managing large and complex fuel/propane accounts, public sector customers, and special projects. Currently, Jim holds the position of Director of Commercial Business, where they manage large, multi-location customers, government sector prospects and accounts, and various special projects. Additionally, they also oversee the Inside Sales group and the Generator Sales/Broker program.

Jim Tefft attended Rockford High School from 1976 to 1979. Jim did not acquire any specific degree or field of study during this period. Later, from 1985 to 1988, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Davenport University.
