Giang Nguyen

Giang Nguyen has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and digital transformation. Their most recent position was as the Head of Software Engineering and Senior Manager at Crystal International, where they were responsible for building and leading a software engineering team and implementing digital transformation initiatives across multiple countries. Prior to that, Giang held the position of Head of Digital Solution & Software Engineering at Elite Long Thanh, where they provided digital transformation strategies and led IT digital projects. They also have experience as the Head of IT Department at FUJIKURA FIBER OPTICS VIETNAM LTD, where they provided IT services and solutions, directed technical services, and implemented an ERP system. Additionally, Giang worked as a Solutions Architect, Project Manager, Database Administrator, and Senior Software Engineer at Fujikura Fiber Optics Viet Nam Ltd., where they managed databases, developed software applications, and administered ERP systems. They began their career as a Software Engineer at CMCSoft Ltd. Co., where they designed system databases and developed software applications.

Giang Nguyen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Hoa Sen University (Not for Profit) in 2010. In 2011 and 2012, they pursued a Certification in Banking and Financial Services from Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City. Additionally, Giang Nguyen completed a Co-operative Associate Degree in Information Technology from ITIN University (France) - Hoa Sen University. They also have several certifications in areas such as Project Management, IT Service Management, and Ethical Hacking, among others.
