Michelle Rolfi

Assistant Administrator at Crystal Oaks Skilled Nursing

Michelle started her career in healthcare when she was a teenager. She has worked as a caregiver primarily with the geriatric population, but also with special needs children and mental health patients. During her many years of working with the geriatric population, Michelle developed a strong interest and passion for helping those diagnosed with dementia.

In March of 1998, Michelle joined the Crystal Oaks team. She has worked with activities, social services, as a dementia care coordinator, and most recently as the Assisted Living Manager. In late 2013, Michelle was promoted to Assistant Administrator.

Michelle has been an active volunteer with the Alzheimer’s Association for many years. She was instrumental in bringing the Alzheimer’s Association’s Annual Memory Walk to the Crystal Oaks campus. Additionally, she facilitates the Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia Community Support Group that is held monthly at the Crystal Oaks campus. Due to her experience and expertise with dementia, Michelle provides dementia training for the staff.
