Stéphane Gros-Lemesre is an experienced AI programmer and engineer with a strong background in the video game industry. Currently serving as Lead AI Programmer at Crytek since November 2024, Stéphane previously held positions such as Lead Gameplay AI Engineer at Sharkmob and Architecture Software Engineer at Electronic Arts (EA), contributing to the Frostbite engine. With a career spanning over a decade, Stéphane has also worked at Creative Assembly, Ankama, and Rubika, where expertise in AI and gameplay development was honed. In addition to industry experience, Stéphane has an academic background, holding a Master's degree in Computer Science from ENJMIN and a PhD in Computer Science from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, alongside teaching roles at various institutions.
