Jason Down

Jason Down is currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at CS Energy since October 2023. Prior to that, Jason held the position of Special Counsel at HopgoodGanim Lawyers from February 2005 to October 2023. Jason has extensive experience advising and negotiating complex legal arrangements, managing projects, and providing commercially sensitive legal advice. Their expertise includes handling commercial and personal disputes, breach of contract, partnership disputes, property damage claims, and more. Jason previously worked at Carter Newell as an Articled Clerk and Solicitor, representing insurance companies in various litigations. Jason holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Griffith University.
