Karim Nazarali

Karim Nazarali was appointed Vice President, Strategic Development at CSA Group on January 10, 2022. In this role, he will be responsible for leading expansion of standards sector coverage by developing new areas of standardization for CSA Group. Over the past 9 years, Karim held various senior level positions at CSA Group and his most recent position was Vice President, Standards Development where he was responsible to provide leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of sector strategies, with the focus on identifying, fostering and managing cross sector synergies and opportunities.

Karim has over twenty-five years of executive experience in business and technical management. Prior to CSA Group, Karim was a General Manager at COM DEV Ltd (now Honeywell Aerospace), a global designer and manufacturer of space hardware equipment – where he was responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies and initiatives for Satellite Payloads business unit.

Karim graduated from City University of New York with a B. Eng. in Electrical Engineering.
