Iuliia Popivshcha is an experienced professional with a strong background in intellectual property enforcement and customer service management. Currently serving as an IP Enforcement Analyst at CSC Digital Brand Services since December 2022, Iuliia is responsible for identifying and reporting online intellectual property misuse for major global brands. Previously, Iuliia held roles at CGFNS International Inc., including International Credentials Analyst and Applicant Navigator, and gained extensive experience at OKIN BPS as a Service Program Manager, where responsibilities included client relationship management and incident resolution. Earlier positions included Senior International Customer Service Center representative and Interpreter at Motor Sich JSC. Iuliia holds a Master’s and Bachelor's Degree in Technical Translation from Zaporizhzhya National Technical University.
