Margaret Kennedy

Margaret Kennedy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in transaction management and corporate services. Currently serving as Senior Legal Transaction Manager at CSC since March 2019, Margaret previously held key positions including Head of Corporate Services for Ireland and the UK at Deutsche International Corporate Services (Ireland) Limited from August 2009 to August 2017, where management of a 20-member team was a core responsibility. In earlier roles, Margaret worked as a Solicitor at McCann FitzGerald from May 2006 to May 2009, specializing in multi-jurisdictional securitizations and corporate service agreements. Margaret holds a Certificate in Data Protection obtained from the Law Society of Ireland in 2018 and qualified as a solicitor after studying at the Law Society from 2001 to 2003.
