Rod Castellanos

Rod Castellanos serves as Co-CEO and a member of the Board of Directors for CSC ServiceWorks and its subsidiaries. Castellanos joined CSC in 2017, bringing 20 years of deep strategic, sales and operational experience at every level in the services industry.

Since joining CSC ServiceWorks, Rod has had increasing responsibilities, including his previous role as Chief Operating Officer (COO). He has been responsible for aligning and prioritizing key strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence across the company. In addition to Operations, Rod’s responsibilities included Supply Chain, Procurement, and Loss Prevention.

Rod came to CSC with a wealth of operational management experience in the service sector. As part of a long tenure with Iron Mountain, he held the position of Senior Vice President of the West Region, a $350 million business. Previously, Rod held several leadership positions of increasing responsibility with Cintas Corporation over six years.

Rod is a graduate of California State University with a degree in Business Administration. He also concluded advanced studies at the Harvard Business Executive Development Program.
