Prior roles include Federal Mine Inspector for the U.S. Department of Labor MSHA from March 2009 to September 2012, where compliance was key, and Safety Director at American Energy Corp.'s Century Mine from October 2002 to March 2009, overseeing safety regulations. Mike's career began as a General Foreman at Ormet Aluminum Products Corp from 1997 to 2002, supervising multiple departments. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ashland University and a Coal Entry Level Mine Inspector graduation from the U.S. Department of Labor National Mine Health and Safety Academy.
