Edgar O'Connell is a skilled professional in organizing and communication within the labor movement and conflict resolution fields. Currently serving as a Statewide Organizer at CSEA Local 1000 since July 2023, Edgar is responsible for comprehensive organizing campaigns aimed at increasing union membership. Edgar's previous experience includes serving as an Editor at the Scheinman Institute on Conflict Resolution, where responsibilities included managing e-newsletter content and the institute's blog.
