Erin Mercer

Erin Mercer is a Statewide External Organizer at CSEA Local 1000 since July 2023, focusing on various organizing activities aimed at building solidarity among workers. Previous experience includes serving as a Skills Trainer and Community Integration and Group Facilitator at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare from August 2014 to July 2023, and roles in the hospitality and retail sectors, such as Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and Front Desk Manager at Choice Hotels International. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Portland State University and an Associate of Arts from Portland Community College, along with a High School Diploma from Spring Ridge Academy.
