Previously, Andrew was the Managing Director at Cartwright James, specializing in international recruitment within the Medical, Scientific, and Chemicals markets. Andrew's career includes leading the Medical Division at Mackenzie Stuart, where responsibilities encompassed management of recruitment operations and team oversight. Prior to these roles, Andrew gained experience as a Financial Advisor at Bradford & Bingley and developed tennis coaching skills as a certified instructor. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has a solid academic background with A levels in Maths, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.
