Msop Tashmia “Mia” Bryant

Tashmia “Mia” White, MSOP, currently serves as the Senior Program Manager at CSH, the Source for Housing Solutions, focusing on federal technical assistance since June 2022. Previously, Tashmia held the position of Senior Technical Assistance Specialist at the National Alliance to End Homelessness from 2020 to 2022, and prior to that, Tashmia was with the Connecticut Coalition to End Homelessness from October 2017 to September 2020, managing the Training and Technical Assistance Department and leading initiatives to advance racial equity in housing programs. Tashmia's career also includes roles as Housing Coordinator at My Sisters' Place Inc., Case Manager at The Connection, Inc., and Academic Specialist at Our Piece of the Pie. Tashmia’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
