Marta MacHnik-Kajca

Marta Machnik-Kajca currently serves as the Employer Branding Specialist within the Marketing Team at CSHARK since November 2022, focusing on the creation of internal employer branding processes. Previously, Marta held the position of Senior EB&SM Specialist at Agencja Grow, managing various employer branding projects and collaborating with leading IT and tech firms. Marta's experience also includes roles as an Employer Branding Specialist at Cyfrowa Foto Sp. z o.o. and a Project Specialist at HRM Institute, where projects involved strategic and communication efforts across diverse industries. Marta has a strong educational background with a postgraduate degree in Employer Branding from Kozminski University and master's and bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Spatial Economy, respectively, from Krakow University of Economics.
