Radosław Chmielniak

Tomasz Rados serves as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024, following a role as a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant at the European Commission's Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support from February 2022 to January 2024. Rados has held various positions in European institutions, including serving as a member of the Industry, Synergies & Enablers Coordination Team at the European Defence Agency and as a Coordination Assistant at the European External Action Service. Rados also contributed to the academic community as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies at Uniwersytet Warszawski from December 2020 to December 2023. Previous experience includes multiple roles at the European Commission and a position at the Ministry of Economy and Labour from 2003 to 2005. Rados holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw, earned in 2003.
