David Pelayo

As the Director of Technology & Human Resources, David oversees Information Technology and Human Resources Departments. David is responsible for managing IT infrastructure. He works closely with the IT team to ensure that day-to-day operations run efficiently, along with safeguarding internal and external systems.

David also oversees CSI’s Human Resources department providing leadership and strategic insight to serve CSI’s employees best. David works closely with the Human Resources team to manage compliance, staffing needs, health and welfare benefits, employee relations and retention, and more.
