Denise Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as the Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the City of Richmond Hill since August 2022. Denise has a rich background in project management, having held roles such as Continuous Improvement and Innovation Project Manager at SHCG and Project Management Consultant for the City of Kawartha Lakes from 2009 to August 2022. Key contributions include developing and implementing numerous strategic initiatives like the Corporate Business Continuity Plan and Corporate Employee Engagement Program. Denise has also acted as Interim Manager of Economic Development and Business Retention Expansion Officer, showcasing leadership and commitment to economic growth.
