Nova Way has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2002, they worked at PHH Mortgage as a Funding Specialist until 2005. They then moved on to Robert Half/Accountemps, where they held the role of Financial Analyst from 2008 to 2008. In the same year, they joined Oahu Country Club as an Accountant until 2010. Following that, they worked as an Office Manager at The Custom Company for a brief period in 2010. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Finance Assistant at Wyle Inc. They then worked as an Administrative Secretary at Saint Vincents Hospital from 2014 to 2016. After that, they held the position of Staff Accountant at SNI Companies- First Coast Energy from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, they became an Accountant at American Dairyco until 2018. Subsequently, they worked as a Senior Accountant at HANS-MILL CORP from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are employed as an AR Manager at CSI since 2019.

Nova Way completed an Associates in Business degree in Accounting/Finance at the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2010. Following that, from 2011 to 2014, Way pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of Phoenix. After completing the undergraduate program, Way enrolled at Liberty University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
